Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are unhappy with your goods you should contact us promptly so we can do our best to assist you with your problem.

Our quality guarantee

We guarantee that the goods are as represented on the website, from the manufacturers stated, arrive to you in good condition, with manufacturer’s seals intact, and with sufficient time before the best before dates stated on the product. If we fail to meet these conditions, we will decide at our discretion to either replace or refund the goods.

Replacements under our quality guarantee policy will be shipped to you free of charge.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order with us provided you do so before we process it. We ship promptly so you need to be quick. Once processed your order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

If you cancel in time, we will refund you for the cancelled item(s). If your order comprises a discount then we will recalculate the value of your discount as based on the items remaining in your changed order.

Returning products

Our food and nutritional health products are non-returnable because you have changed your mind or you have ordered the wrong product. Our quality assurance policy prevents us from restocking these items.

We will accept returns of non-food items provided you contact us first and obtain an RMA number. You need to ensure the items are carefully packed and pay for the return shipping costs. If the goods are returned damaged, opened, unsealed or not resalable as new then the return will not be accepted.


We will refund or exchange if the cause is of our making or fails to meet our quality guarantee. We will issue an exchange voucher to you for any other return reason provided the goods are returned properly as described above.

Non delivery

We will replace or refund non-delivered items provided the reason for the delivery failure is not of your making, such as a wrong address.

If you have requested an unattended delivery (signature not required) then the risk of non-delivery remains yours.
